Store Policy

There are NO returns or exchanges for hair units. Should there be any discrepancy in wig fit and correct measurements were indeed sent please send an email to mzlwigtherapy@gmail.com with your order/invoice number and concern. Customers should provide a clear detailed description and photo of the discrepancy in the email.

 

Any concerns with your wig order should be submitted to mzlwigtherapy@gmail.com no later than 5 business days after receiving hair unit. No EXCEPTION. If an email or concerned is raised after allotted time it is up to the discretion of business owner. We hold rights to deny any request to correct any issue. Be advised product must be in original state purchased and cannot be tampered in any form or unit will be denied and returned. All hair units will be properly inspected.
